Geipel and Becker-Brugger again on the chase for the podium

After finishing third last year, Philip Geipel and co-driver Katrin Becker-Brugger attack again in the German Rally Championship (DRM).

After the wheels turned more slowly or sometimes not at all in 2020, the two pilots are more looking forward to an extremely exciting 2021 season. “I am happy that I was able to put together a great package together with my partners during this difficult time. It’s nice to be there again,” said Geipel in one of his last messages.

Also this year the two trust in the eye-catching blue and yellow Skoda Fabia R5 from Speedlife Motorsport. “The goal is to cause another surprise. This year’s races will be fiercely competitive, there is no room for mistakes, everything has to be 100 percent perfect. With Katrin and Speedlife, we have the best prerequisites for a successful season,” said the delighted former ADAC GT Masters driver.

The DRM kick-off starts on May 7th and 8th, 2021 at the 33rd ADAC Actronics Rallye Sulingen. Currently 5 further events have been confirmed.
