The tasks that a radiator has to meet in everyday life are becoming higher and higher: downsizing, weight reduction and the maximum desired efficiency mean that ever smaller and lighter coolant pumps have to dissipate large amounts of heat.

In a combustion engine, a large part of the energy contained in the fuel is converted into heat. This must be effectively dissipated to the environment, otherwise the engine will overheat and the motor mechanics will be seriously damaged. The cooling system should prevent that.

In order to ensure that the cooling system reliably operates over the entire service life of the vehicle, the maintenance intervals specified by the vehicle manufacturer should be observed. However, even if the maintenance intervals are observed, operational contamination and deposits can form in the cooling system, which impair the functions of the cooling system.

In order to support the functions and components of the cooling system and to ensure full functionality when used correctly, the bluechemGROUP has familiarized itself with the daily hurdles of a cooling system.

Rust crumbs and other dirt particles in used coolant can severely disrupt the water flow in heat exchangers and coolers and quickly damage newly replaced water pumps. The particles also attack the shaft seals.

We therefore recommend adding our product to the used coolant every time you change the coolant in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. The Radiator Flush removes limescale and scale deposits, protects against rust and corrosion, dissolves dangerous radiator sludge, cleans water coolers, boilers and heat exchangers. The product also makes valves, thermostats and water pumps work again.

Depending on the size, allow the cooling system or engine to idle for approx. 15-40 minutes and then drain the system. After draining, rinse with fresh water and you’re done!

In order to achieve a longer service life for the units and greater operational reliability, we recommend adding our radiator conditioner to the coolant.

Radiator Conditioner protects against rust, corrosion and limescale, prevents electrolysis and cavitation and lubricates valves, thermostats and water pumps. The heat exchange of the coolant is improved and it keeps the pH stable.
